Any of u guys do flirt pole work regularly?
I would like to get my gyp in shape for upcoming show season this fall.
Just gonna walk , run, and flirt pole her.
But the last two days she has blown hot really fast during about 3-5 mins of flirt pole play and taking a while to cool down.
    Looking for some good input.
    Thanks

thats going to happen, flirt pole work is intensive just slowly work your way up in time and dont over do it. be sure to check pads and look for any signs of limping after each session.

I let my male go as long as he wants until he stops for a drink in the pool. Dont over work her always keep it a positive thing.

Also keep in mind that u never want her to get bored and stop. Keep her interested in it by not overdoing the workout.
