    Couple years back i knew few people who were still actieve with this dogs in europe. They hadnt that succes they were looking for it. One off them is in prison i heard .

    he just grabbed a lil kid that was fishing out of nowhere ripped him pretty bad
    he showed a few times he could snap out of nowhere but it was not that bad

    No dog in the world is valuable/worth enough to come away with this kind of behavior. Sad for the kid and his family. This kind of accidents reflects on the whole breed badly. It made the law thinks about breed bans and so on. Raise them properly breed according the standard which say they must be people friendly under all circumstances. Manbiters and unresponsible owners are the downfall of the breed.
