Recently bought a Can Am side by side. I wish I had bought one years ago. We drove close to 175 in three days, even a night ride. It rained nearly 10 inches the nights we were there but the days were perfect for riding. Mud, hills, rocks, creeks which turned to rivers all on just about every trail.

We stayed in a cabin with 2 other couples and it was one of the better weekends I have had in the longest.

We rode so deep in and up the mountains it was a couple times I hear the dueling banjo music in the back ground. LOL

If one ever get the chance to do that ride, by all means go for it.

    It was a good time.

And a shout out to the people we met in West Virginia. Everyone we met showed great hospitality and were more than helpful.

In the area we stayed a guy told us the local economy was based on what little coal work that was there and the ATV crowds thru the summer months. He told of us years gone by when the coal industry was booming and jobs in the mines and jobs that were there because of the mines were plentiful.

And the best place we went thru was a little town called Welch. It is not Memorial Day nor is it Veterans Day and they honor their veterans every day with pictures, tributes and a really nice display coming into town.

When it comes to our veterans every place could use a little Welch.
