    I have only read your post. So I have no idea what anyone else has suggested or mentioned.

    1. you need to know out what the laws are in your area.
    2. is there any pending or proposed legistlation?
    3. Does your landlord accept APBT?
    4. What method of confinement do you plan on useing?
    Chain, is it legal in your area? Kennel, will your landlord approve that structure?
