How to get you staff ripped and health

Hi all I my staffy has turned 2 I'm out going and what to get my staffy lean and ripped any ideas how to ,I feed Him eukanubu and we do a lot of running thanks

 

Don't feed to much and run more lol

I find a good 5-10 mile walk daily and good food is all u need but if u want a super fit conditioned dog then u need to put him through a keep (dogs training regime )

Look online for a carpet mill. You can get them for 2 or 300 bucks. Combination of that and hand walking will do good. Get you a better kibble though. Something grain free. Just better for your dog. Feed a little less...monitor him because you don't want him getting to skinny or losing muscle mass. Start with a half a cup less daily. Be sure and hydrate plenty. That's about all you should do if you just want your pet to look good. No need in putting a hound through a keep that's just a pet. But be careful using the carpet mill if you get one. No running...just a steady trot will do. Start in small intervals, watch your dog the entire time! Do not leave them by their self on there! Plus I've found the dog will work harder when he has his buddy with him. But all this should get him looking how you want. Enjoy! It's pretty fun to watch your bulldog work for you and then see the results of both of your commitments at the end.

 

I feed mine fish4dogs ATM u will find it better then that ur on about the same price to mate if u go to fish4dogs webbie and join there breeders club (have a few litters ) I have had 5 ;-) lol they must think am a right peddler but do that u get it delivered for 34 quid in sted of 58 another good food is gain record breaker but its very high protein wich is wat we want but means ur committied to working ur dog or u will hurt his kidneys in the long run also its good to pre soak the kibble so A it gets in them right away and no breaking down time and B it's better for there kidneys coz there so dry it sups all the body fluid out trying to digeist it

Then if u can't afford a slatmill or carpet mill get a poor mans mill ( a bike ) one of these

Always warm him up and cool down with a good brisk walk pal

Then u can do a bit of weight pull to add muscle and spring pole even tug a war for 45 min u and the hound ;-)

 

how many times shud i feed him and what times do you think,,do you have any pics of your dog mate
