I've still been looking! Giving up ain't an option... It's been a few people who "breed" dogs I've encountered but in most of those cases they've really been bullies or some other breed that they've been too ignorant to know aren't pits, or that they've been shiesty enough to call pits. Either way, I ain't bought nothing yet. I got this Olde English Bulldog male I've had since he was 4 weeks, he's growing nice in terms of that breeds standard and he's a man eater! Gets along with other dogs though, but another man! NO SIR, not having it.

Sounds like he is doing his job. BULLDOGS are supposed to work with other animals and keep ppl away. PITBULLDOGS, usually, don’t mind ppl but can’t stand most animals. My American Bulldog was the best dog I ever owned. You could leave the gate open and he would be layin on the front porch for you to open the door. Total family pet. Wouldn’t let anyone in the backyard but the meter men and dads 1 friend. Ideally I would like to keep both, but in the city your numbers are limited. Good luck with your search!!

No doubt, I've been seeing a few nice working American Bulldog lines lately. My city has a 4 dog limit, I'm at 1 and probably wouldn't go past 3 until we sell this and get to the country with more land

Same here with 4. I think you can get away with a couple pups til they hit 1.

It all depends on what you want in a dog and what you can provide for it. Questions I learned to ask myself. If you, or i, want a working dog of any breed, are you gonna work it? How often? Can I afford to work it? What do i want as an end result? Finally will it really be worth all the hassle??? With a limit on animals like we have we have to choose wisely. A bad decision could take up 3-4yrs, a chainspot, and all the food and meds to take care of the bad decision

That's free game! I got about .30 acres of yard, that ain't too bad for the city. I myself am always out working with my boy I have now, I can't push him as far as I myself can go! I've been blessed enough to be an active person, I train the seeds at our local boxing gym about 20 mins in town so I can be active with the dog(s). What I can afford LOL, that's to be determined, I don't skimp on my animals though... I've pretty much answered those questions in terms of the abpt, but I'm still taking my time and all plans can be revised so again, you dropped something worth anyone thinking about. Preciate it!
