AM is soup time this is when you are giving the first nutrients consisting of 5ml ACV , 5ml coconut oil, 5ml canola oil, 300mg DMG , 2 tab of brewers yeast, 2 tab multi vitamin, tablespoon of bee pollen, 1/4 tbsp MSM 1/8 tbsp pink salt 1 scoop of pre/probiotics 4oz bone broth 12oz water and mix that shit up should be around 50 calories to not break the fast.
After fill water bowl as you normally would. If you're conditioning rule of thumb 2 oz h20 per lb. Go about your business or work the dog.
PM is the feed time personally I like 60%fat 30% protein 10% carbs with supplements to build up the blood and cut lactic acids. This really allows you to dry out naturally with nutrients or get them wet depending on the feed you choose as well as actually see them peek once you cut the water. This also allows you to really lock in there digestive system so knowing when they will be empty. That's how you intermittent fast for performance.
