knots on dog

    My female dog shes young but she has like three knots on her body with no hair on them there a little puffy and blue looking I can mash one and blood comes threw some hole just wandering what this might be and what can I do to fix it and thanks

    Take her to a vet. Could be anything from an abcess to cancer.
