These are developing years. Building strong foundation. I don't think you would expect world class atheletes with out the basics.

Leave them alone? Like as in when you have to go to work or out of town etc... ?
Trying to understand what exactly you are asking

I leave mine, puppies and adults alike, for 9 hours 5 days a week. I like to think i have very solid tempered dogs because of the quality of time I spend with them more so than the amount of time spent with them.

Yeah was doing some reading on puppies and most sites said adults 4 to six hours alone and puppies completely alone 2 hours max 12 weeks old. Yeah I know AGK sounds excessive but that's what it says. My wife is home anyways.

They are alone as long as I’m gone. Being alone for a time won’t hurt them. NEVER spending time will

It depends on the pups sometime you get a hot head and have to pull him out early.Sucks but it happens. You basically have to be prepared for anything that comes your way.Have a plan b and a plan c.

Since the majority of bulldog people don't treat their dogs like pampered Paris Hilton purse Chihuahuas, you'll find most of us leave pups "alone" at least long enough to work a full days work.

According to your post you couldn't leave a grown dog unattended long enough to make feed money for it.

We have had summer litters who have never been inside, winter litters who lived inside for months, and as stated before the ones who lived outside were no different acting than the ones who lived indoors with ppl.

I have a chihuahua. Not at all like the Paris Hilton purse chihuahua. He's a dog, not an ornament. I've left him alone all day since he was 2 1/2 months old.

Some parents put their kids in front of tv sets cause they don't have the time or money till their like 8 or 9 and the one day say oh by the tomorrow you start hockey or baseball. Kids like wtf. No playing out side or not enough no Building any relationship yada yada. And now the parents are screaming in the bleachers for this and that. I was kinda expecting the response I got. And some do just fine but you gotta do your part too

We'v never had an issue with a dog not knowing us or not being very well bonded by the age of maturity.

I can't say we're perfect but sticking to our route we've never had an issue.

Idk what a kid and baseball has to do with bulldogs and bond but u imagine by 7 or 8 with a bond to the parents they could easily transition to playing little league. I'm no Dr Phil I stick to bulldogs but a bond is built in the time put in and the quality of that time.

If you stay with your kid/pup and punched the fuck out of it 14 hours a day u doubt you'l have a good bond.

Spend 2 hours a day showing love and positive reinforcement your dog/child should be well adjusted....

Again it's not the time spent but the quality....

Some parents put their kids in front of a tv till like their 8 or 9. Cause their to busy working or whatever and then out of the blue come out be like tommorow you start baseball or hockey. The kid is like wtf. No social skills no heart yada yada and the parents in the bleachers screaming for him to do this and that he like that Zombie. Some will make it. But you gotta try do your part and make sure he got strong foundation from day 1. Putting too much pressure no good either. But the puppy can't stay in a crate or cage or what ever alone. Dosnt matter if he go down and hang out on the corner just as long as he's not alone.

I'm just using kids as an example. We could use any living thing. The pup needs postive STIMULATION till he grows into a confident adult. Confidence is what he be flooded with so when ever things aren't looking good it don't even faze him

Dogs aren' ppl and puppies sleep like 14 hours a day. You're obviously a novice wrestling with wanting a performer with no experience. Ppl with performers have told u to just live life and spend available positive time the pup.

Idk what else you would want. You came for advice and everyone with experience have u the same.... quit focusing on how many minutes and just make sure they're good.

I know you put everything on genetics or nutrition or whatever but you need it all.

You don't know anything if that what you think...

You're welcome to your uneducated opinion but those with lightyears more experiece told you what works for them. Again we aren't perfect but we don't have ANY issues.

If you have someone at home anyways what's the problem , you don't have to be up the dogs ass 24/7 .it's seems to be your humanizing your dog , all the past posts are correct if you think about it deep enough
