And preparing them ain’t some magic thing either mate.
I read up a lot about preparing them and most people state “you need to dry them and boil them to convert the ibotonic acid into mucimol.”
It’s not true.all I can say is prepare them like any other mushroom and don’t over cook them.
You can’t convert Ibotonic Acid into mucimol unless you take the mushroom as it’s you body that dose that.
There’s no way of preparing it to stop the sickness.sickness is just a part of it I guess.

Low doses ain’t as sick feeling but the high the dose you go the worser the sickness gets.
A small dose is about 2-3 gram.
A high dose 12 -15 gram and I would not go any higher then that.
