I know there's about a hundred dry dog feed options but just curious if anyone uses Native Dog Feed. It's rated 4 star by Dog Food Advisor. I'll be using state 3 for a puppy mix and will probably bump to stage 2 for maintenance. Stage 3 is a 30/20 ratio and stage 2 is a 26/16 ratio. There's also a stage 4 for dogs that can't keep on weight. This would probably be good for keeps.
My local tractor/feed retailer sells it and says it's been pretty popular in the area with locals with working/farm dogs. Not as main stream as Canidae, Diamond, etc...but it has steady customers and price is still reasonable.

Honestly I fed it to all my dogs plus the kennel dogs. 50 dogs had the shits and they were ploppy to runny. I wouldn't feed it, IMO. Also, several trainers/kennels here had the same result on any stage.

This is the first time I've heard of these kind of results for Native Feed. I'm not surprised though because what works for one may not work for others. What catches me is though is all 50 of your dogs had the runs. Did you make a change right away or a slow transition to Native when feeding? Anyone had positive or negative on this feed?
