Ive heard many having problems with those keltecs but ive never shot one myself.

they don't wanna get rid of anyone's guns for public safety. they wanna get rid of them so when they say Hey you don't have freedom of speech anymore.. you can't load up your assault rifle and say, Says Who?? Second ammendment is the only reason we still got a lil bit of rights... they know this. It's the only thing protecting us from tyranny.

Lol gun laws are a sham. I say, whatever the police owns, i should be able to own to protect myself and family from tyranny or rogue police enforcement. If they can own an assault weapon with a drum, why can't i.

Another Vs question for the riflemen and women of the board. Marlin 336 vs Winchester 94 ????? I like both and have fired both but have only owned one. The Marlin 336. I lean a little towards Marlin rifles. I grew up with a Marlin model 60 and a Marlin model 39. So I'm admittedly biased. Other member's preferences?????

 

It's a matter of personal preferance,but I like Marlin lever action rifles.

the winchester line producing the 94 has been shut down for a couple years now...as well as the 70, and the 1300 shotguns. the 94s are being made in limited runs by Browning but be prepaired to pay a huge price. im old school, so i love leverguns. go to gunbroker.com and price winchester 94s in mint condition:eek: everyone wants one now cuz theyre only gonna keep goin up in value. supply and demand fellas. glad i bought mine when i did.

 

btw, there aint a damn thing wrong with a Marlin, i own a couple(a blued 336 and a 1895 stainless guidegun in 45-70) and im considering getting a stainless 336 30-30 very soon.

Didn't know that Woody. Now I'm going to have to peruse the pawn and gun shops to see if I can find a Winchester 9422 and a 94 in 30-30 to replace the ones I sold when I was young and dumb. I hope I can find some in decent condition. I will refinish some metal and wood if I have to. Good looking out Wood.

 

no problem C-M, it seems the large loop "wrangler" and "trapper" models in handgun cartridges (45 LC, 44mag and 357 mag) are the ones folks are really snagging up. Mindy payed 300 for a model 94 .44 magnum trapper brand new in jan 98 as a gift and i see em goin for 3 times that now USED with dings on the wood and some wear on the bluing. i love them things tho, 16" barrel and 9 rounds of 44 mag in the tube, THAT is a serious weapon:eek:

 

Your gun will rust and erode if you just bury it in the ground. By the time u dig it up it wont be any use to you.
