Now that's the tricky part... IMO...I believe there more variables that's goes into the losing aspect of things...now for instances the schooling... only way I would say it's mainly on the conditioner if he schooled the dog and got him ready for all or most aspects of the show...meaning having him ready for different types of opponents meaning...style of dogs....if so yeah all the loss should be on the conditioner....but on the other hand if someone brings a supposedly schooled out dogs all the conditioner can go off is the dog is ready...so in that case if the dog doesn't run hot has plenty of wind and agility and stamina and losses because of out matched higher caliber bulldog that's the owner fought...not the conditioner...Now that's my OPINION...FEEL FREE TO SHARE YALLS

It'll fall on the breeder IMO. No one remembers the handler or the conditioner. What they will remember though is who bred the dog. Though I do feel its a team effort. 1 part fails, they all fail.

First I want to make clear its at the end always the mistake off the owner When he loods ,because he is the one who decide to match Because he make the final decision. Even when the breeder sale the dog ass a match dog , final decision is up to you right. You think you believe it is a good to match so in this case Its his lose his mistake trusting that dog. But like @AGK say after all is done nobody will talk that much about the owner or handler. History showed us this is where this is about to go.

Let me ask you guys a question, correct me If I am wrong ! Would you like too handle a dog in 4x4 just Because the owner ask for it ? My answer would be only YES If i know the dog and trust the dog If i would match the same dog dog If he was mine!!!

In other case my answer would be NO. If I dont know the dog, If I dont trust the dog, If I would not match the dog If he was mine. My answer would be a BIG NO. They cant let me handle the dog even they want to pay me for it.

I dont want to take part off their shame And bad lose.

In this case we talk about If readed good dog come from Oddbod, it was Onece his dog. Dog is now in other hand But Oddbod is also in the 4x4 too handling him. I think he would not handle that dog If he didnt like him.
He is also the part off loosing team!!! Its also his shame If it did end at Shame way.

After all this facts Oddbod was a part off this match from day one he was contracted vs @Decades. He knew the dog, it was onece his dog. Dog went to another hand. At final day he was the one who was handling the dog. This show they acted like a team. Why would he handle the dog if he didnt trust that dog , if he didnt like the way he conditioned. Let say he was there from the beginning

Nobody doubt about Oddbod his character and results. Absolute one off the best ever in UK.After analyzing his breeding program u easily can notice he was doing it with knowledge. This dog is a great phenotype off his ancestors. Long legs, long Back, good sized head. His dogs are most like each other with familiar results. Its a good cover with good content. I think it could be the best seller.

And he started off with a brother sister mating !... they say in roosters that this is the most breeding practice to throw quiters which i imagine is the same in dogs ? So therefore it needs a higher level of culling .... any of the more experienced people on here got an opinion on this ?

Usually only done in gamefowl to try preserve the phenotype..Any full bro/sis dogs I've seen always seem to lack vigour and ability

Isn’t it the true breeding for gameness though as it throws a higher percentage of curs thats in there out ? Oddbod imo seemed the real all round dogman from breeding to conditioning to handling .... where as dr d although he was a top dogman never seemed to be a breeder to me ? ... that is just my opinion though

What do you mean @reids skipper he was never seemed to be a breeder to you? Dogman is a man who is breeding producing schooling testing keeping matching his own stock too. So he was breeder too But he was not peddler Lets keep that way.

Check his prdigrees he did not breed Onece a littler he did it several times With Great results.

He was a Dogman. Not a peddler. This is two different things

che no doubt he had some really really good dogs but imo he never really seemed to be a breeder as he never had his own line like oddbod did ?

What i mean was although he bred he never really seemed to inbreed etc like oddbod did.. all his dogs went back to grape and ruby

He was still a breeder. All start somewhere isnt? He knew what he was doing Yes otherwise you dont get this results with your own stock. All this bloodlines went back to somedogs at some point yes? Some use inbreeding techniek some use line breeding and some use other techniek in their breeding program. Its seems to be his breeding program worked wel very effectively. By the way Oddbod is AKA Rustler Yes?

Everyone has their own opinion on it like everything really... Most gamefowl brought to work are battlecrosses anyway so tight tight family blooded are only broodstock and are usually shite compared to the Crosses.. The full bro sis dogs I seen were just game plugs.. But again other kennels have gotten success working dogs from it.. Personally it's not a breeding I'd do

@oldguy , @slim12 , etc whats your opinions on bredding brother to sister in that if there’s cur blood in this breeding will show it up the most ?

Why would you want to bred a couple of curs?
Would you rather bred a cur or a dog that’s cold?
    Me personally wouldn’t touch both

No what i mean is breeding brother to sister is the closet breeding to bring any cur blood behind to the front ...my mate said this in gamefowl ... as oddbod started off with a brother sister mating i wondered if its true in dogs
