Opinion on Ped

What you fellas think about this breeding? I was suppose to be getting a pup off another breeding, but seems the bitch didn't take. I was offered this instead.... What y'all think. ONLINE PEDIGREES :: [473243] :: PCK/WATTS BREEDIN

Based on the ped If it were me i would take one.

 

I'm pretty sure the sire of the breeding (top side of pedigree) is an adba conformation ch as is his is brother gr ch beef some very nice looking adba conformation dogs for sure don't know much else about them other than I know they are adba conformation ch's. It's not a bad breeding on paper I guess it depends on what your looking for. Hope it works out for you. X2 on what tdk said knowing the dogs upfront makes it all the more easier to choose.

 

I would buy a pair of pups, & see how they turn out.....

I know more about the dogs upfront on bottom than I do up top. I had been waiting 2 years for a pup off the bitch that didn't take, the disappointment of that kind of threw everything off. Maybe I'll wait and see if in the future he will be breeding the bitch in ped above to eli male he has. I know what he produces because I have a few.

This is what I was suppose to be getting and we think the bitch didn't take. I already have dogs down from same sire and dogs in which the sire in this ped is grandsire so I was looking to continue on that path. I'm not against trying something new, I just didn't know much about the top side of ped. I trust PCKs wrd because I haven't been unhappy with anything from there yet, but its always nice to hear opinions

..under-stand,i guessing that..it can be a hard choice spec; if ya all-ready had plans(useing this pup) to continue...is it the right time to add something new..for you.??..all ya can do is find out what ya can about the unknown ya don't know..see is it viabile with your's to get the results ya want or wait and see if something closer to what ya had planed come's....or ya could take the pup as-well as waiting....it can be a hard one to figure...g-luck

 

Cajun I do know the sire of the original pedigree you posted ch Kato is an adba conformation dog as is his brother beef both owned by Latin dream kennels I don't know anything else about them other than beef is top ranking in the adba and both beef and Kato are nice looking dogs have seen the owner post many nice pics of them on face book at adba conformation shows . But if you trust the guy who did the breeding with Kato then maybe he can give you more insight to the dog outside his adba show career. Never settle though if you wanted something else than personally I would wait until the second breeding was repeated.

 

Not sure if they'll be a repeat, this was a repeat of one did about 4 years ago

But the understand what your saying, and it did seem like settling a bit to me, guess that's why I was looking for a reason to say no lmao. Maybe he will try it again, I hope so. If not shit I guess I just have to try and acquire one from last breeding

...the only other thing is ya might get the use of one,, say, a good male from the first//??...or have a look at something that might be as close to what ya want....either way ,doing the right thing given it some taught...

 

Both are from predominant adba show breedings. I would take one over the other but won't get into details on a message board. Pedigree wise both look good and it depends on your taste. I like the first ped better IMO.

 

only opinion that matters is yours . you alone have to feed the dog or dogs.
