As the Patricks were not guilty, shouldn't the dogs that Jessup took be returned to them and any cash made by breeding and selling pups off them turned over to them?

Growing pot is still illegal federally regardless of the states choice to legalize it on the state level. Breeding dogs is legal state, local and federally in all 50 where bsl isn't imposed.
