Peds online subscription

    Is there anyway to get in contact with peds online staff besides the contact shown on the site .

    I renewd my subscription by credit card and asked multiple times to renew my acount but with no luck,no answer or any reply at all . Its been a week now . Its getting a bit annoying , all those requests.
    Any help would e appreciated.

    It's not uncommon for them to take 2 or 3 weeks to approve your subscription. Be patient, the feds are working on it.... lol.

    Only way I know to get ahold of them is the 2 emails listed under the contact link in the site.

    I have the same problem...I can login but I can't use anything on the site. Common????

    It's common if your a member that isnt up to date on his subscription or a new member whos waiting for approval.

    Hell I paid for a subscription a few years back and it took almost 2 months for them to activate my account. Of course it only took them 24 hours to snatch the loot from my girls card. Lol.
    Most years it took them at least 3 weeks to activate my account. If they took your money be patient, they get to you eventually. Some say if you email them the confirmation of payment they'll speed up the process. Maybe....

    Tell them you'd like to make a formal complaint about the wait times.

    It is 2022 and they are still the slowest verifying a subscription.
