Well i went first day took 1 first place and 1 3rd place than today i brought two dogs and took two first places and 2 2nd places wasnt alot of ppl 2nd day tho

Congrats on you wins Macho! I thought it was a good show. Heavy earned herself 38pts this weekend and her first piece of hardware. I earned myself a sunburn.

how bout the mill race? how bout the mill that was used and the ref?

Thanks vaders mom yea angel ended up with 23 points its was our first aadr show so now she's pointed in both adba and aadr show rings yea it was really hot out ther judges were polite when I asked them questions garner judges this weekend in nc would have loved to go to that one

The mill was a dogtrotter. It was a bit hard to get started but once it did, it spun ok. My problem with it was the way the dogs are adjusted for their height and length. It is really made for a dog to run with a collar on, but I use a harness. If it was adjusted too low he was running off the end of the mill. When it was adjusted higher to bring him further back on the mill, it pulled up on the harness to where he was almost suspended by it. The ref did a great job and was a big help in getting Angus adjusted to where he could have a decent run.

thanks for the kind words scratchin dog, I did what I could, I'll be modifying that mill so if I judge another show I will be able to get him on right. When the aadr asked me to judge the race I knew you would be there, and that you run a harness, I just didn't have enough time to get things together. Good luck with that breeding, good to hear you may have some new one's in the family.:cool:
