    Anybody ever used safe guard on a pregnant bitch??

    don't do it bro bad fucking idea i did it and had 2 bad litters and i used it a few days before i tied them i won’t ever do it again i started keeping a tight schedule on my worming and vaccinations if I was you I will just wait till the pups are old to get wormed

    was told ivermectin is safe to use on pregnant gyps also heard of pancur any one having experience with this ?
     
  4. Safeguard and panacur are the same thing

    Safeguard, ivermectin, or pyrantel pamoate are all safe to use on pregnant bitches and new born puppies.

    I use Valbezen on my dogs pregnant or not and on all the pups when they are 2 weeks old and never had a problem. I have always been told not to heart worm when the bitch is prego so ive never tried the ivermectin.

    thanks for reply boogie would do more research on ivermectin as it is readily available and was said to be ok by my vet..... still would like to do my own research just how i am i suppose thanks again
