    That really sucks,,,,being so thin will cause liver damage,,not much you can do,,,what does the vet say? was he loosing weight before his demise? thats a tough one.

    Vet said it was amazing that he lived as long as he did. No he was fine. He would go up and down about 4 pounds of weight but nothing major. I kept him wormed and he had all his shots. I just had him pull blood on all the dogs to check for the yearly deals and desided to have a panel done. Normally I am just checking for heart worms and the sort of deviations that are normal to go wrong around here. I don't normally have a full panel done. It wouldn't have mattered any way there was nothing to be done. He didn't suffer and was playing that day so I think that is a great way to go. If I had found out earier I may have put him down not knowing how he may go. I got to spend a longer time with him this way. I liked the dog.
