Saw 5 minutes of one show... IT WAS 5 MINS TOO MUCH.:cool:

 

watched the show last night he was going round offering people free neutoring services (for their dogs...), based on that i think his heart is in the right place, but ye i think if he got a game dog that loved to get in a roll he would be up shit creek trying to keep a hold of it

 

hes full of shit, his heart is no where in the right place. he offers other people to get there mutts spayed/neutered, yet refuses to spay or neuter any of his mutts.

 

Some people think by tacking "rescue" onto things it makes it seem like they're doing a good thing, but really it's just a dis-service

 

Not a fan of his show at all, but I think the reason that Hercules wasn't neutered was because he couldn't be sedated for some reason. I think it has to do with a reaction to the medication.

As a service dog handler, I CRINGE every time I see the show because I don't feel he follows any of the standards for a service dog in public. I keep watching to see if his dogs do anything for him that he is unable to do himself and I have yet to see any tasks performed.

I think Shorty sends the wrong message about pit bulls as service dogs and gives people the bright idea to slap a vest on their dog and claim it's a service animal.

If he is pulled up in front of a Judge, his dogs are not going to pass muster as service animals because they don't meet the minimum criteria set forth by the ADA.

When I challenged a ruling banning my dog, I had to SHOW a Federal Court Judge the tasks that my dog performed to mitigate my disability as well as submit medical evidence of my disability and a Doctor's RX for the dog.

(Picture a Pit Bull going through Court House security in the morning with all the people lined up to go in for traffic court, jury duty, appellate court hearings etc... Yep. It was interesting.)

The upside is that the ruling was in our favor and Birdie has been recognized as a service dog in Federal Court. The best part was that the Judge was impressed with her and said he strongly disagrees with BSL.

The first time I saw it I thought it was about a Casino.The show is a joke and he's a fool.He hurts the breed more then he helps.

Don't like the show one bit. I feel like it is more for trying to get him and his other "little" friends on tv, rather than helping the breed at all. i don't think his show should be shown at all.
