Conformation can be fun to go to Boondock...we have a show we are going to in July, we had a great time at the last show we went to. But remember, a conformation show is just a $10-15 opinion of your dogs looks and really means little. As long as you go with that and enjoy yourself :-D thats all that matters.

As far as stacking, I'm no expert by any means, but it seems to me that the judges like when the dog stacks natural...with you messing with it as little as possible.

Boondock, I like confirmation.. call me a puss... Besides, It would be nice to have a dog with titles for its comfirmation, and its hunting abilities... IMO anyway....
So, is it ok if she is "stretched out" a little in her "stack"?

in my past expericences several judges have told me that they dont care if the dog is stacked or not just let the dogs enjoy them selves. some stack naturally while others need a little help. be care not to over extend the dog because it will take away from other features. remember that the rearend is a lot of your points. hope this helps some
