Starting bite/tug work: Adult teeth coming in early

So my pup is almost 4.5 months old and her adult teeth are almost in. Normally you want to wait until 6 months to start any bite/tug work, but since her teeth are ahead of schedule I wonder if I could start her a bit early, say 5 months and a week or so?

She already grabs and tugs at the flirt pole tether until I get her off, which can take a bit (and often a little whack of the pole).

Teeth don't set till about 18 months. Let that pup be a pup.
