    The back door story.
Many years ago we ran into the famous Mr.Bulldog at a conformation show in the company of some foreigner Fanboys. Mr. Bulldog a seasoned dogman and well-known breeder had a bitch he bred at Dollar Kennels which was owned by a young couple who're living at an old farm, and was looking for something of the same weight and the white with brown patches Billy Jean bitch owned by (Divine's Cassius Clay blood of Don Carter) the fanatical rookie Samart was just that weight.
Mr. Bulldog as the cocky prick he was said we should bring all the money and some smart talk to which we shook his hand and said DEAL! That evening we immediately placed a good bet that was not accepted...,what a joke.
Mr. Bulldog went completely silent when it was clear that their input didn't stand a chance and quietly disappeared through the back door.
I can't remember exactly what their Ch.Spike bred black was called or the exact time but it's "all on record". Moral of this story "Never blow too high from the tower".

Again, these stories are the backbone of the dog game.

This is one that has always been told. I was not there, so if it is a lie, I am the guilty one for repeating, not making it up, just repeating it.

Mr. Bass bought Red Boy. He was known to be a blow hard and sort of bully-like in a way. It was his persona and outside of the dogs he may have been the kindest person in the world. I will give that benefit of the doubt.

Growing up, Howard, the guy that hooked me on the dogs, was the same. He and Mr. Bass hit it off as they were really similar. Howard bought dogs off Red Boy from Mr. Bass and Ms. Marlowe. Katie was a handful herself but that is another story in itself.

Bass was known to 'pressure' and/or 'bully' young kids into doing their dogs who were not ready to be done or not already in really good shape. Mr. Mims had his ways and one of the truest things that could ever be said about him was that he came from pulp wood and he was a full grown man. Word is, he could throw hands with the best of him. Mr. Bass had the utmost of respect for Mr. Mims, more so for being a full grown man than being a dog man.

Mr. Howell was quiet and kept to himself, kept a small yard of good dogs and caught onto Mr. Bass' pressure the young guy game.

He had a young male (not as young as stated) who had spent a time or two on the mill and on long walks (hint-hint).

Mr. Bass picked his target and put the pressure on Mr. Howell in his blow hard way. He established himself as the alpha, and he and Mr. Howell made it to the box. Fifteen minutes later it was a crash course in being a little too full of one's self.

Word was he told Mr. Bass the box was 16X16 and could be used for dogs or men as it was all the same to him.

Mr. Bass let the dog take the L and he did not blow as hard that day.

    Several morals in the story.

Mr Bulldog is known for this kind of story’s. Years back he was full about one off his dog. Just like always he was running his mouth about a very good dog from moj Balkanuu.. the dog he was shitting about is a well known good dog from good dog man Sansit. Ch Sambo 2xDoY 1 x gis. I remember, Sansit did call him and he said he is ready to accept any bet. He also said he will travel all the way to mr Bulldog his place. Because Mr bulldog claimed to have a one dog who would finish Sambo in Max 10 minutes… Sansit did everything to make this show happend. Mr Bulldog did deactivated his account and blocked Sansit his number. We all have readed their conversations.

Once we'd a meeting of all dogman and U&S a stand-up guy had beef with Mr.Bulldog and it was about the Nelis ROM dog they both had a history with.
Scarface of Bross had to break it up,it was hilarious for us young blokes to watch.

know few like Mr Bass. Who fucked up a lot off dog whic were good young prospect with a lot off potential. In the Old times People say that once you Break the dogs spirit you have broken the Dog too.Genetics, raising properly and never breaking the dogs spirit before they get to show you what they really are. In other words, ruining the dog.
