I am not sure of the actual year but she gave the seminar in 2000.

Most every area has its own laws/leash laws. Back then Georgia was that way and when I investigated/talked to an attorney North Carolina was very similar.

In so many words if your dog bites someone you are responsible and if it happens on your property and if you have home owners', you are responsible.

I don;t agree with it in the least but that is how it reads.

Did this guy sue her or did he sue her homeowners?

I am sure it varies from state to state.

fairly sure it was an accidental mating. I think Guinness was something like 16 or 17 when she whelped him.. I believe she's still alive at 22(or was a couple of months ago). Might be a good dog to use over a tightly bred booth bred hitch (being outcrossed and a direct grandson of his foundation bitch tonic).

If it was or it wasn't I have never had a accidental breeding in game dogs or terriers. Have to sift through the B.S. in the states to find correct terriers have heard alot of stories of booth if they are true or not true isn't for me to say I have only talked to him a few time's and we have ran are current bloodline so long I would never think of getting a import ever from over seas to mich B.S. to deal with and will set you back 10years of breeding if they are to big for work over here. Word to newbies is do years of research before getting small earth terriers.

We go through old barns where they store hay and sweet feed and run across a few raccoons and rats.

Heard good and bad about the man. Hard to knock the line of dogs he left here(Ireland). He was pretty successful with greyhounds here also (a big achievement - as a lot of people keep/race them here).. Have you ever hunted anything from cocker lines ?
