What breed scares you the most?

Besides ignorant humans in numbers, I always had a thing to watch out for akitas. Now I'm sure but, I think it started when I was about 15, a friend of mine told me to come over his house for some grub, I walked in, sat on the couch and looked at that 110+ akita staring down my throat. I slowly got up and the dog grabbed my ass cheek and knocked me down. I screamed of course and my so-called bud came in laughing like hell. He took the dog in the basement but he kep on charging the door. That freaked my out.

Not to long ago I'm walking with my kids from the park, and this akita just looked at me like lunch. I stepped quickly and made my way home faster.

Damnit I hate akitas...:mad:

 

Most Greyhounds, just because of their looks. I don't find them vicious or anything, but dogs with really long, narrow muzzles are creepy looking to me.

& most Chihuahuas, they tend to be one-family dogs. So unless the Chi is wagging it's butt to come meet me, I'll keep my distance.

& Chow Chows, I was bitten pretty badly by two of them, so I just stay away now.

I don't really hate any one breed, but their are definately breeds I won't own.

 

Well by "hate" I hate the way I get goosebumps round them.

And about chihuahuas lol, my wife has one she got from the shelter, it seems like the kids and love her, but it HATES me for some reasons.

 

Yeah lol Little dogs seem to love me, but nothin' makes me stand still faster than a mob of Chis jumping up on me. We have a Chi at the rescue, who we call Land Shark. Nasty little bugger to everyone but me. I'll never understand it

 

Cocker Spaniels!!!

I don't trust Dalmatians or Belgian Maliniois either. Seen too many of them that were straight crazy mo-fos who would bite you just for the fun of it.

 

chows make me a little nervous,,,they keep that teddy bear look when they come after u.

 

Ah, ABK reminded me, Cockers are not my favorite either. I've met a few good ones, but poor breeding has pretty much ruined the breed.

I've heard Dals getting a bad rep, but I've never met an aggressive one yet (I'm bound to get bitten by one today for saying that).

And well. . . Mals are a little cukoo, but I gotta love them

 

Chows, yorkies, and cocker spaniels get to me. As a groomer I have been bitten several times by cockers and yorkies. My worst one though came from a chow. I don't blame them all I am just careful around them now.

 

None. However, oddly enough...I had my first (and hopefully last) dog attack me. Fortunately, I was able to handle myself and the situation. I went over to a ladies house to pick up her male to dog-sit him for 3 weeks while he was TDY to Malaysia and she was 9.5 months pregnant. Well, I went into the yard with her, pet him on the back of the neck while lightly holding his collar, and he snapped - started to attack. Wont get into detail, but unfortunately, he was one of "us." Afterwards, she asked me, "so, did you still want to watch him?" HAHA. Yea, RIGHT lady! Luckily I'm not the type to stir the pot about it. I just had to advise her on the problems with keeping a human-aggressive APBT. Anyways...back to it...i guess i never really trusted my mom's Mini Poodle while growin up.

 

I am not scared of any dog, but of any dog, I would be most worried about a German Shepherd if it were coming to attack me. Well, a female GSD. My GSD bitch could take down anyone and anything, which boosted her ego a lot so she thought she could never be beat by anything, little brat.
I have always been fascinated by aggression, and weirdly, I love dogs that are aggressive. Its like a challenge to me. And those little chihuahuas, ha. They're too little to scare me. And the owners are always like 'be careful, he'll bite', and I just say that I have had many large dogs threaten me, the little 5 pound chi in your hands is nothing.

 

I don't really trust the Great Pyranese or the little dogs much,they all seem to be looking out for someone to bite. There are many exceptions but i've been bitten by many dogs, mostly the smaller ones. You would think i'd learn better than to mess with other peoples dogs.

 

I have to say jack russels(however it's spelled). Those dogs just never make a good impression when I have met them. I have met quite a few, popular apt dog around here, like an oversized chi

 

The one between the irresponsible owners feet. I do not fear any breed in particular. I've been bitten by multiple breeds (never by an APBT coincidently) and I fear none of them. I cant sit here and and talk down on other breeds, when we all know that its irresponsible ownership and not the breed!

 

fila's.....I have yet to meet a fila that hasn't tried to attack me.All the bikers and drug dealers own these dogs around here and they are mean.I am sure that with a responsable owner this dogs can be friendly.....but I havn't meet a friendly one yet and I have seen my fair share.

Is this a new cross between two different breeds? Chances are I would slapp a muzzle on this type of dog for sure...LOL

 

True, but the natural air of akitas just freaks me out

 

i have a fear of german shepherd type dogs... if a pit bull got loose in my neighborhood I wouldnt be scared but if this german shepherd that lives in my old neighborhood got loose and I didnt have Diegoh or Steele with me, then I'm up a tree lol...
