last rave i went to was in 2002... those were the days

 

i starting slowing down around 07 .. i have never had music bring the past like techno has .... that was some mazing times. but that life does take a toll on ya i had to slow down ...some of the sexiest women in the world were into that music

1993-2001.....then i had to slow down.....i heard a great quote in that film "human traffic"....but.....""when the lows are bigger than the highs its time to get off it""-how very true that was......still like to go out and have a hoedown to some high bpm every now and again tho....

 

never been to a rave or anything but i used to go dumb on the smackerz!

 

i get nastalgic whenever i hear a banger and i get a little of that feeling, it makes me want to go back... those really were some of my best times with good people. but time has passed and ive grown, yet i feel like i am way too young to feel this old.

 

man you aint kidden..... i really havnt listened to techno in a good little while (become home body and lay low ) but last night i saw peppapig post so i started going through my comp and playing some stuff , boy that brough back the memories of some good times. that bass running through your chest when that beat drops .... the girls ahh man the girls and them moves.....boy boy boy i wonder before i die if i will ever have one more good night like i did years ago ... at least just one more...i am sure boston had a good club scene

 

lol that quote is dead on ..... i can honestly say i started to slow down when it became a 4 day all night flight at times it was like whenis it gonna stop...i would start thursday night and sometimes go until sunday evening .... and when i was done eveyhing else took a back seat including my body m but i went overboard with it.... i wouldnt change a damn thing though, like i said when i hear that music it makes you think DAMN i was living it up! i seem like an old man now hahaha... 1993? techno scene by me started in like 97...... i think in europe though techno scene hit earlier than in AMerica i am 26. how old are you?

 

Good to see alot of hardcore dudes into APBT's, I'm into alot of 80's hardcore black flag, minor threat, bad brains...ect but lately I've been into alot of the newer hardcore out there polar bear club, title fight, the new converge album is sick too.

popper im am the same age. i started going out in '99. and boston DID have some good clubs, houston was awesome but started to slow down around the time i left tx, florida was meh yboor city isnt what its cracked up to be but miami is off the chain.

 

the rave scene was at its dizziest,dirtiest heights between 89-90 and 96-97......then got waaaaaay too commercialised....

 

I like a lot of different stuff but my all time favorites are Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Deftones, Candlebox, Everlast...

I used to go to raves too. Detroit in the late 90's was the SHIT!!! Partying under the ambassador bridge will always be a fond memory. Candy flippin with 2 bi chicks :dogkiss: ,vibrating objects, anything minty (vicks LOL) and that music banging........SMH that was the SHIT!!!!

i can honestly say when i went to new york in 02 i had the best time of my life here..... the girls were purely amazing ...... i thik we almost stayed at that club for 24 hours that night when we went..... i think the drugs ran a little to rampant there and thats what ultimately closed it down... people got carried away ..... i meani would roll my dick off ,be on G but i always was under composure ... ... i always had my shirt off running round like a nut lmao those were the days... i think i may to go out somewtime soon
