What's Cookin?

One I hit up is right off I65 Mobile Alabama

 

Some of the funniest shit I saw is one of the Steal Mills in Mobile ran the show and they absolutely love that shit.Its like crack to them .Ole black dude that run it told me said shit them boys can pack it down.Im talking bout table slam full of food and they was goin to town .They don't have that over there or least not this way.Sides are real good BB .

 

Germans ran the show I meant.

 

It's actually a Pit Style BBQ and pit is real nice brick and it's cooked right inside and you can actually even watch if you like

 

It's well vented and you get a hint of smoke .Atmosphere is nice.

 

Made some French toast, totatoes and bacon for a late lunch.



Then I'm hanging out with my dogs all day while I get whiteboy wasted.

That chicken look fire

 

I ate too early today and got hungry again so I pan seared a NY Strip steak in olive oil. Salt, pepper and garlic with a splash of hickory liquid smoke. Over cooked it a little but it was still better than that chicken. All though, that chicken was fire. Basted it in some chiavettas while it was cooking low and slow. Bones just slid out. (( OF the chicken not the steak. ))
