Lol I ain't making edibles with weed bro. I was referring to making chocolate bars with the shrooms.

 

Its medical in like 23 states and recreational in a few others. Some states it's still illegal. Federally it's illegal in ALL 50 states. There are still 6 or 7 states it's still 100 illegal. Shrooms are only legal in 2 states I believe yet still illegal federally in all 50.

Funny enough I was gonna order a raw cacao bar with shrooms in it the other day from the states..But it was like 100 dollars for a 90 gram bar,and the reviews were shit so I declined against it.

It will be fully federally deregulated with in the next 4 to 8 years IMO.

If the state says it's legal medically, you have to get a medical card by order of a physician. You can get it prescribed for a ton of different reasons. Headaches, pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety etc. There's quite a few other things they'll prescribe it for too. However , only people with a medical card can buy it legally from the dispensary. That's how it is here in PA at the moment but a recreational bill is gaining momentum here so in the next couple years it will be legal for recreational purposes.

If it's legal recreational, any one over 21 can go buy it. That would be like Cali or Colorado etc.

 

Biden is supposed to federally deregulate it but when does a politician actually do what they say they are going to do...

Makes no difference to me. If anything the weed on the streets is cheaper and just as good as what the dispensaries have. However, deregulation would force employers to take it off drug screenings for employment which is about the only plus side IMO other than the states getting massive revenue from taxing it.
