What's Cookin?

Good ol crescent city ! Rains to much there better than being in the fucking desert !

 

Threw on a few Chops with some green beans and rice. Haven't had pork in a long time other than bacon.



For dessert I had 1 single powdered mini donut. Lol with 8 doses of RSO. Buckle up buttercup.....

 

Last day in LA birria tacos then back to the grind. You dip the tacos in the soup I can't express just how fire it is.

 

Made some chicken and biscuits tonight with a side of beer battered perch that i caught this evening.

 

Got my wings ready to cook for the super bowl .Gone be a good day .

 

Lol I had to many yesterday but I'm having a few today and eating some wings .Got to do it for superbowl .I split firewood yesterday and dam bear got about drunk lol .My lady took my saw and axe away so I figured she had enough or I did lol

 

Dam shine was hot like the sun yesterday.

 

Baked chicken with broccoli and wild long grain rice.

 

Literally drove from LA to Nashville for the best damn BBQ in the states at peg leg porker.

 

Looks better than the crap I ate last night. I can never think of what I want to eat when I'm hungry anymore and end up at these fast food toilet bowls out of convenience.



I smoke better than I eat.

 

Found a gold mine here. Just opened up a month ago. Guy came up from southern Mexico to open this place up. Real nice guy. I talked to him for over an hour. Sure, I had to travel deep into the hood for it but the food was so good it made the shoot out to get back out the hood worth it. Lmao jk. But it is in a really shitty neighborhood on the most infamous drug route through Erie. If drugs are coming into this city, 90% of them are coming through 18th street. Travel the road every day since I live 2 blocks up from it. I'm never not strapped becasue this is Pistolvania. Get killed in the 814 that shit aint getting solved unless they physically watched you do it. It's no secret I dislike living here.

 

Next time you go see if homeboy has goat ( birria) tacos or soup. You will thank me later

 

All I got to work with for now.

 

I plan on trying everything they got eventually.

 

Finally got a chance to finish my damn bucket list of BBQ spots. Smoke stack in Kansas city for some burnt ends and beef ribs.

 

Add Dreamlands to list B.B...im not gone say it's best out there but it's Def worth a stop

 

Dreamlands sauce can stand on its own but food ain't half bad either.

 

Where is dreamland at. I'm a fool because sometimes I book loads to places because I want to get food lol
