Who drinks Coffee ?

They use to say coffee is bad for you , now its medicine ? I do drink it daily and I'm not crazy about it but it seems the benefits are worth it consuming 3 to 4 cups a day of the darker roast coffee.I felt like Coffee deserved a thread all on its own.

K-cups here. Topped off with the liquid vanilla creamer and a swirl of real cream. I like extra foo foo in my coffee.

 

I can drink unsweet tea not a problem.I can not do the black coffee.I don't even like it but been reading about the benefits .

Same here Bama, got to have cream in my coffee. Starbucks Mocha is my treat, love those!

 

K-cups for me with vanilla creamer. I can't drink coffee at night. If I do, I won't sleep.

 

i like my coffee in the morning and after dinner, i drink it black no cream no sugar.
i got a filter machine i bought a few years back and love it since, before i would drink coffee from coffee pads but i never really cared for that except for the fact it was easy.
now i like the ritual of making a pot of coffee in the morning almost as much as i like drinking it.
dont know much about the benefits but 1 sport instructor once told me it opens up the lungs it also gets you active so its a good start of a work out.
ive been reading about pre workout (supplements) and as i already thought theres tons of caffeine in there.

That first cup gets me going to the bathroom.About 15 mins and its like get out the way.

TDK likes Colonial Coffee said you put a hunk of cheese in a coffee cup and pour coffee over the top and use a spoon to eat the cheese after you drink the coffee.I'd try it.

 

Had a great Aunt that would put a left over biscuit and put in her coffee cup and pour the coffee over the top.She wasn't suppose to eat that as she was a diabetic lol.She still lived till she was 95.

 

Get the dollar general brand salted caramel creamer.. same shit at home

 

Aldi puts DG to shame, cheaper and better. Check it out see if I'm right! Their heavy whipping cream is like $1.69 a qt vs $5 at the grocery stores.

Plus they have the German import stuff on occasion.

 

We dont have an abundance of aldi's but we have dg on every corner.

 

DG in every community around here .I buy certain things there also.
