Because they know it's a ridiculous thing. Statistically in this country you'll die by a fork before you'll die by a so called assault rifle many times over and I really hate using that word by the way. In current times I think we have fully justified both by international conflicts going on and governmental/modern society issues our right to have these kinds of weapons and accessories. Because of what this country was founded on that will never be taken away. It won't be allowed. They may one day become illegal but any one who lives in the states deep down knows that shit aint ever riding here. They'll just be owned illegally in around the same numbers lol. Gun control is a waste of time and it's been proven in every single state that enacts any kind of infringement laws. We fight amongst ourselves here but these weapons keep the balance here. Without them we become Europe. No offense my English brethren but we fought you to separate from a tyrannical government and we aint ever going back. We all know what happend when the English came for our guns. We shot them dead and sent the rest back across the pond tails tucked. It wouldn't be no different with our own.
