Without background info on your pup there is no way of telling if he/she is a pure APBT just by looks alone, sorry. Cute pup though. Since it's illegal in the UK, what do you say he/she is?

Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and American Pit Bull Terriers are all closely related breeds. In most places all three breeds are considered "Pit Bulls". So even if it is a staffie, it is considered by most to be a "Pit Bull". Even if it is not an American Pit Bull Terrier. Does this make sense?

I'm sorry, I guess my last message didn't go thru. Your pup looks like a pitbull. Do you have some background on the pup, a pedigree? You can't tell if it's a pure APBT just by looking at it.

He's too young to really tell? Where did you get him? What do you know about the parents?

It's so hard to tell at this age is your pup registered at all with the adba ukc or akc? Without paper's there is no way to know for sure and because he/she is still a pup their apperance changes as they get older regardless that's one cute pup you have there. Unfortunatly though without papers you just can't say for sure he looks like a pit/amstaff IMO but like I said it's a catch 22 when you don't have paper's and bloodline info
