the misses wanted to take Slugger home w/ us each time we have been to D's place...had he been available, i would not have hesistated taking him.
i guess he does have a little bit of a flaw- when he runs he gets the backend down scoot action going on- kinda funny to see a grown dog acting like a pup

 

Maybe the reason that there is no alot of this blood out there is due to the fact that he quit to a dog that was cur snapping..:confused:..
I personally have respect for ANY dog that can conquer 3 champions, but the FACT is that Stallone quit, as did his littermates Delta and Livewire, who were both high thought of..Linebreeding on curs "usually" doesnt yield game animals..(Just my opinion)

On a side note, Capt A had Ch.Stallone at stud and for sale for awhile in one of the eastern based magazines..

 

Fact that Spike never bit Stallone groweled and snapped his face for 29 minutes.Another Fact 99% of game dogs will not scratch back to a dog that is snapping their face up for 15 minutes much less 29 minutes. Another Fact ppl that comment on dogs such as Stallone saying he was a cur and has never owned or will ever own a dog half of what Stallone was, or would have the BALLS to go into the competition that Stallone did ! If Spike would have been a bulldog that day and wasnt spapping at face and took hold and fought Stallone that day,Stallone would have finished him just like he did the other 3 Champions that he met. I base my opion on first hand information not second hand information as most ppl do on all these threads do. Its funny that Spike was sold after this match and Stallone was bought by the very ppl who faced him .HHMMMMM now is that an opion or fact unless you were there your opinion is nothing more than that just an opinion ! Anyone got any good stories on 44? When Bullskull dropped my bitch off to me after she was bred, he brought with him a double bred grandson of bullskulls 44. I talked with him about it for a bit and he says out of all his dogs 44 was the best. he was rushed for time delivering dogs up the East coast so he didn't stay long. Anyway, he was a real good looking lil black pup, proably no more than 10 weeks old. I don't hear too much about 44.
