new dog ordinance in ca?

    sorry... i looked around but didn't find anything about this. has anyone heard of that new ordinance that is supposed to go into effect tomorrow in CA? supposedly all dogs are to be fixed and micro chipped? a friend of mine mentioned it. said he'd heard something about in the news but didn't get the details. can anyone provide more info?

    From what I have heard it has to do with dogs in the unincorparated part of LA county. I got that info second hand so I will look into it and find out what the real story is.
