Gretchen got one of my Bard rock's yesterday. Happens every now and then that a chicken gets stupid and in range. Blam feathers flying and not the chicken with them. lol. Good for them Every now and then I thin out some roosters by tossing them to the dogs. It is fun.

  6. thats right and it's good for them to,lol

speaking of birds, I was told by a vet not to feed my dogs birds of any kind because the bones would splinter and they weren't as easy to digest for the dogs. Is this true?
    '
Reason is, I used to live on 141 acres and every now and them the female would dash into the woods during work time and drag out a wild turkey.

Yes, it is true. Lost one that thought, crow was good. Neighbor across the street has chickens & when they fly over, the dogs go wild. I think the cats will beat them to it though. They wait under the cars & track 'em.

LOL. Great pic, Fiddy. However, I got a dog that would be a match for your roosters.....in fact, that's how we acquired him 4 years ago. Oh yeah, his name is Popeye. :D

I have a dog that is a match for chickens.... hell they all are fond of chickens. I bet you dont got a cat for the roosters though.
Question is, can your chicken dog swim with my chicken dog?
    :p

I said, chickens. My one cat Johnny-Boy, killed a small dog once. I think he can take on those chickens & they're rooster too, with no problems.
