Sorrells or T.Garners

SHIT IM LEARING SOMETHING.DAMN SO YOU CLAIM DEMON IS SORRELLS LOL SHIT IF HE WAS SORRELLL BLOOD.NOW THAT BOY IS WORTH FEEDING.AND ILL TAKE MY COMMENT THAT SORRELL DOGS ARE NOT THE SAME AS BEFORE.LOL WHAT WHERE YOU WHEN HE STARTED BREEDING HIS LINE OF DOGS?

 

Well Like a stated before thats my opinion.They are not they where before.Thats what i stated on sorrells dogs.Now about Tantonka like a stated garbage unless you in the conformation show's.Or if you looking for a pet bull.Everyone have's there own opinion on what they want.

 

I didn't claim that Demon was a Sorrell's dog. I asked you how he was bred.

Don't knock about Tatonka dogs unless you have seen them personally.

Especially if you are still learning.

 

Well Demon is not sorrells blood.And I said how I feel about the ones i seen and i did not like.And about learning trust me I know.Everyday I learn more. Just because I dont post alot here or mess with ppl here does not mean I dont know my shit.Cause I know my stuff.And have alot of true dogmans not internet doggers to back me up.That beening said im done with this issue.Thanks.

 

Well it sounds like you still have tons to learn. You intially stated that the Sorrells line is trash. Now your saying the ones you have seen. Did one of your dogmen buddies tell you Sorrell blood was trash? And then you say that one of the better kennels in the states produces nothing but garbage dogs. How many Sorrell bred dogs have you owned to make these unfounded assumptions? These days just about every line is used in conformation & pulling. Just because Tatonka has shown dogs & sells to people interested in showning does not mean that she sells ungame worthless curs. Every dog is different, and pretty peds are just that... Pretty. In the end it all boils down to that indiviual dog...regardless of where it from... Sorrells, scatter bred, or even the papered champion.

And it seems that you had difficulty awnsering the questions about Demons pedigree. If you know your stuff, this should be easy to awnser.

 

Before you comment read. I stated thats my opinion.I could care less what they do.The one's I seen are worthless.And about my dog demon pedigree yea I have hard time saying what he is LOL.If you need to know.He is carver/colby bred.There you happy.

 

Whats wrong with the Frisco stuff? Everyone needs to let go of that ADBA bullshit about Frisco. T.G. bred the dogs I got my stock from and that was 12 years ago. PK got Buckshot off of the Frisco breeding to Garners dixie and T.G. bred a lot of the stuff Fat Bill tried to take credit for bet you didn't know that? It was all T.G. making solid breedings off frisco back then. Had a friend in LA "lower Alabama" that had some nice Sorrell X Frisco dogs that could show with the best of them. S.W.

Sounds like the thread killer right here. Showin/pullin/huntin dogs is something everyone w/ these dogs should do. IMO.

 

Well from what I seen the sorrell dogs come on the bigger so side so I would have to take tom garner.

 

What have you seen? Sorrell dogs should be well within standard....

 

I havent seen much but the dogs I have seen look big to me like this one...

Like any line there are the occasional big ones, but as a rule Sorrells males run in the 40-50 range and females 30-40 range. This is pretty average for most lines.

 

That particular picture of Pokey makes him seem larger than he really is, if I remember right he is just over 50 pds. So a bit larger than the average but still well within in standard weight range.

 

A few years back I saw some competition between a couple dogs and one of them was Sorrells bred and he was a 2xw finishing both times. The other dog was showing for the first time and the Sorrells dog was very rough but like Elvis he left the building in 51:min. I'm not saying all of sorrells dogs like it better outside than inside the building I am just stating what I saw from this particular dog.

Once upon a time I saw a TG dog that was supposed to be all that and a chocolate chip Chips Ahoy cookie with a glass of Nestle's Quik and he went all of about 35:min before he decided he would rather be doing something else. Again I'm not saying all of TG's dogs are rank just this one was not of high calibre.

 

Quick and Easy folks. Make sure you get a pup off of proven stock from whatever bloodline you choose. See, i said it was quick and easy.

 

I keep with the Garner stuff don´t saw or know much about the Sorrels dogs in these days in good competition level.

 

ive seen that pic before somewhere, and if i didnt know better, id guess that dog at 100lbs. crazy how a camera can fool a guy

 

I'll take my chances with a garner's dog any day. Just my preference.
