so i am thinking these two would be a nice breeding. for various reasons, but T-Floyd is producing a lot of unrecognized top notch bulldogs. at least around my area. there are a few people that have dogs down from him and they are phenomenal.

if i do end up with the bitch down off of T-Floyd i'm going to take her to this stud and then tighten it up with one inbreeding. line breeding from then on unless i need to re-up on some blood. i was wondering what some of you might think would be a good out for these(inbred) offspring while staying within the eli family of dogs. i was thinking of something from tightline, or maybe back to some tight six bits. would love to see some educated resonses! :D

  2. JC-Pitbulls

    JC-Pitbulls Top Dog

    I would use a Woodle's dog

yeah, i've heard some things about tightline, but figured it would be wrong to pass judgement without any first hand experience. i do like the nigerino dogs that i have seen. but i also was thinking of more skull blood by way of durango red (thx mr. mark ;)). i also have a frisco/eli dog that would go nicely with some fat bill blood. hard to decide

I would use some of G's Virgil blood as an out. DOA'S RIP was a bad bad ass bitch a Virgil/Maverick cross.

hey Marty you'll have to exuse me for a minute.....

MT, i don't give a fuck what you have to say as more often than not it is a disparaging comment about someone. do you have a problem you would like to address or do you get your kicks by being an arrogant fuck? cause really there's nothing better than a righteous ass kickin. there's a difference between someone coming on here and being rude and arrogant and and a smartass that doesn't know shit than someone here honestly trying to learn. so if you don't like what i have to say don't comment on it. and i would be more than happy to give you my address if you feel it's appropriate bud. ;)

if you are taking bitch of t-floyd venom to MUDBUG take that offspring to durango or take bitch off t-floyd venom to durango and off spring of that to MUDBUG.

yeah, mr. mark had the same advice a while back. my interest would be maverick blood, so going with something from skull like durango red makes a lot of sense. there's a double bred durango red litter out there right now too. i've been having the damndest time getting a female i really want lately though. thx for the advice man.

if you want maverick blood by ways of skull go with boudreaux bad ass he's son of skull if your not concerned with brining in sixbits any more than you have. I like maverick by ways of reno with sixbits dogs. I like the tie in through boudreaux brandy. take care.

i like most of the six bits dogs i have seen. not that i have seen a whole lot, but the ones i have seen were excellent bulldogs with enough mouth to tear down a brick house.

when i was considering mud bug as a dog in general i wore my eyes out studying as much as possible man. and the people who bred him definitely had the right things in mind when they did this breeding. they brought in some, qoute some, of the best influences from the whole eli family.

i also happen to like reno as he is double bred maverick. and i tell you what, i have been having a lot of success with mud bug. couldn't have asked for much more. when i first started with dogs man it was a disaster as far as the calibre of the dogs. i guess that's why i stick within the eli family now because people keep coming back to it time and again, and for good damn reason. thx again bud.

their isnt any arrogance on my part, ever. You throw around some pretty off base comments like Jeep and Redboy not going together well and then consider going to someone thats never seen a bulldog and breeding to his dogs, do what you got to do

I'd be curious to see some peds of those Jeep/Redboy dogs you've seen that set your mind on the cross not being so good.

lets see them, maybe we can all learn from your personal experience of whats not so good

    thanks

I would go pure redboy or colby or something that is a completely different out. I stress Redboy Colby blood, as it was proven very early on. What people fail to realize is the Eli stuff was constantly inbred/linebred from the "way back days" so it's tough to do it these days w/o complications. With the exception of a few lines such as the jeep strand. Jeep was a 50/50 cross himself of colby Bullyson (aka Eli). The Chinaman Snooty Rascal stuff basically goes back to the same ol' stuff. Be careful when doubling up on already doubled blood pertaining to Eli. You have the luck you would w/ say tripple in-breeding the redboy blood. Not that Redboy is a better blood, it's just not as tight as your typical Eli and therefore you have a little more room for error.
