It could be an elongated palate. It will can cause snoring and noisy breathing. If that is the case it is usually nothing to worry about.

My dog snores and this is what my vet said it was. They said unless it is preventing them from breathing correctly it is nothing. When I eventually get my dog fixed they said they will look at his palate and if it is too long they will be able to fix it because he is already under anestesia (sp?).

  9. its normal especially if your dog has snobby face.. one time a had a funny experience.. I woke up late at night to take a pee and it was so dark.. I was about to turn on the lights when suddenly I hear someone snoring. I was alone that night and let my dog rest in his kennel box.. I started to get scared that I thought a drunk man may have accidentally break in my house and slept.. but all the while I found out that it was my dog that snores bad than I do... LOL..

I have my own BAND going on, practice starts about 10pm every night, you all are invited.

I have one tenor--- black lab
    one alto-----chocolate pit
    one bass---- my boyfriend

Every now and then I jump right in there.

    WE ROCK

The black lab isn't the dog in my pic. (that's Peter Bug RIP (PIT)
