i hear you i even had a bitch that i wanted to take to ch tank but i heard he is RIP, my friend also knows strickland so ive heard great things about tank but from what ive heard gr ch spike was a great show dog, but he also was a great producer to me thats what seperates them to me, because there have been alot of winners who cant reproduce themselves, nor am i saying that tank cannot produce but spikes record looks better to me

 

i agree spike produced like a mo fo in a limited number of breedings, but you need to ask yourself if YOU trust tom garner enough to beleive that stuff is really off spike or not, also i would be very interested as to how the last breeding with that spike semen went and if any of them went on to be adba show winners or show quality animals at minimum. and at what percentage

 

Yea Tank is rip. But allways remember Records are only a tool for peddlers. And I can Promiss you Tank was not bred 1/10 the times spike has been put out. And Tank was a hell of a dog in his own right. You would go good any way with them. As far as spike goes I aint seen alot off him in a while I guess people keep it to them selfs if they are paying that much for a popsicle.

 

Unless anyone was there to see the nut extracted. They can't guarantee if its his jizz or not..

That is your opinion of him. I didn't say talked to over phone so get it right Real One, I have met and talked face to face... Evidently you do not understand what comes with giving a DNA profile to someone who can give that to some people that want to see you and all your work go down the drain. And how many of your dogs, if you actually have any, doesn't have a big name behind them?

 

Either call him and talk, or better yet go see him yourself... He has one of the best yards I have seen, and the dogs are better yet... Just make sure you have time to talk and listen.

good point notk. If its a trust thing their are plenty good honest bulldogs to physically bred to. If you got the ends to make it happen and it wouldnt be a burden then knock yourself out. Shouldnt have to ask here you already know its going to turn into to a bash thread when you bring up dogs and money in the same time. Focus on what your dogs lack in and look for that in a dog with your on eyes not the net.
