I believe you really dont know what you got in a one year old dog when it get older you might turn up not liking the dogs character.

I also have a hard time believing that dog is 70lbs. Well that kid will probably never learn. Just trying to make a quick buck. I bet if you asked if the dog has proven its self he'll probably tell you he is retired.

  7. i believe that no matter what you breed you will never know the outcome untill it has been tested

  8. i have a 70lb. dog and he is twice that dog if not three of that dog.

I know the people at the kennel mentioned here.

They don't do anything with their dogs at all, in any kind of way. Just bought to "breed"

Let it be known that I in no way condone this.

These people are idiots, They got pretty defensive, when I emailed and asked about their dogs. Here was their response to my question regarding theis 1 yr old stud's worth of breeding. I guess we should all just rely on the idea, "Hey, if he's old enough, hell, let's just start breeding. Who cares if his traits will better the line, GIVE ME THE MONEY!" Such pathetic people shouldn't own the dogs, much less breed them.

ok, we obviously don't share the same ideas about our dogs. That's fine we never will... as for how are Blade has prove he is worthy of breeding. He was checked over by our vet and was given an overall health check. A dog can be ready for breeding at 6 to 8 months or when they show signs of full breeding activity. Blade is accually a year and half and has been ready since 9 months but we chose to wait till he was 1 year. but why i'm i explaining myself to you. We work very closely we a vet and have for several years. All, our research is accually justified and TRUE... not just what sounds good!
    That's all i'll say ...

    WHAT????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So he feels that because they are healthy enough to be bred they should? Sure.....we dont have enough unwanted dogs in the shelters....why not? Greedy moron. Sure my only bulldog right now is healthy too, and he has a great tempermant, looks, and everyone loves him. Also, money is tight and I will never get out of him what we put in. Does that mean that Im justified in breeding him? HELL NO! I wont continute to lead to the problem of shelter dogs unless he shows me something the majority of dogs out there dont have, and he will likely throw it into his offspring.

Wow, i'm glad that since i've started with the pitbull breed that i've come here for my knowledge and advice. I could have become someone who would actually agree with them if I were'nt shown the truths about the breed from here. I owe my true learning from this site and in return will help others when I can now and in the future. There is alot to learn of bulldog breeds and responsible breeding of dogs. I can't believe what so many people out there believe, it's amazing. Well i'm happy to say that I am very open minded with people's advice in anything in life, and because of this I hope to always learn the truth from the people who know about the area in which is being discussed.

I give props to those here who are knowledgable and who help others here. While some other members just come here to start fights, those ones have nothing positive to offer for the breed or to anyone here, I wish they would be culled out of here so everyone can continue learning peacefully.

  17. Glad to be here learing from the ones that know what there doing. From what i gather they know as much about breeding as I do. Jack S*%T. That is why I have all my dogs fixed. My baby is not about the money i could get out of pups, but the love i get from her.
