I really can't believe your logic. You say opinions have nothing to do with the truth. Have you ever asked for referrals on someone with dogs? How would you go about finding a good mechanic, a job applicant, or God forbid you pic a babysitter! Truth is in the quality of the people you ask. I never meant that asking opinions on the internet was the way to go. I meant talking to people within the fraternity. Maybe if you were'nt so Kennel Blind yourself you could see that. Every answer you've typed on this topic has been defensive. Spend a little more time out in the woods & I think you'll get a better idea about what these hounds are all about.

The moderators have been nice enough to allow posting from me again (BTW thank you to all of you) and I don't want this thread to get off focus.

I have the right to have my own policy when doing business.
I don't have to explain myself in why and how I do business.

My only responsibility is to the customer after they have bought something from me.

I know who the OP is and can post his phone number if I chose too.
I remember the conversation.

One of my policies is , when in doubt don't buy.
On the flip side from experience I found when someone is in doubt or has reservations in a purchase it can be headaches later on down the road.
When in doubt, don't sell.

This is about the most explanation I'm going to give on the subject.
As for anyone who has any doubt about the quality of today dogs being as good or better then the quality of the past, this billboard isn't the place to discuss this kind of information.
It should be discuss in a more private venue.

The dogs are only as good as the person who stands behind them.
If someone tells you they produce 100% good dogs, hang the phone up on them they're a lair.

When you advertise it and have been known to make it right, what more do you need to reserure yourself?

Today I use stock from 4 champions, Yankee Boys' Ch. Gambler (All-Around recognized champion), K.G. & Co.'s Ch Red Dog, Delmar's Ch. Hagler and the only female to be All-Around recognized champion, Ch. Dutchess.

If you have doubts, don't buy it.
No need in trolling about these dogs or their stock because if you were in the "know" then you would already know what they have achieved and the quality of the people who used them.

It is of my policy not to sell a person a dog who has doubts and has to be reassured before purchasing by trolling the Internet.
I only want my dogs going to people who know what they are about.
Maybe this is why I haven't bred for 2 years.

Yeah No Shit... Some things are better seen. But since one person can't see everything... You never once commented on going to others for their input. & I called you kennel blind because you said the only one to talk to about a line of dogs was the breeder. That is what you said.

Who is Iron Mike?
Who is Knightmare?
Who is Red Devil?

Is it possible they are the same poster with alias accounts?
And is it possible they are also the same person as jay-the-pit-man?

Maybe they are all one individual looking for some self recognition/promotion?

There is no such thing as a stupid/dumb question. Just stupid/dumb answers. Lol. Why not ask around? Ford has been making cars for 100 years, but if I wanted one, I would ask the people who have the model I was interested in. THEN I would go and ask the salesman and see what he had to say, so I could compare what he says to what the people who I asked said. And if it turned out that I wasnt intrested in that model, but wanted the same brand, I'd give one of the older models a try. Same rules with the hounds. If you're not sure if you want to invest time and money into a pup, buy a yearling. That way you will only have to feed and keep it for a few months. If it works out for the best, keep it. If not, cull it.

plain and simple the OP should have spoken to I.M. and him only. if you dont know what you want or what youre looking at/for then you have no business inquiring about it openly on the net.

I wasn't talking to you AGK. Of course you should have questioned "thefeds" or what ever its name is. If I would have saw their post before, I would have went in on their asses too. My post was jmo. And if a person was to ask me the kind of quest that you've posted, I'd tell them never. That type of thing was made illegal before I was born, but I do enjoy hearing the old stories for historical insight. Also, that kind of question comes for either a child, a newby, or the authorities. Either way, the answer mentioned above will apply.

 

I can assure you myself, Iron Mike, and Knightmare are not the same person. Many dogmen in this forum know me and know this to be true. Thats was a stupid comment trying to add fuel to the fire. Have a nice day!!!
