Here is the litter at around 7 months...not much longer after this the males started to think they are grown so my buddy that has 7 acres is keeping a couple for me.

My girls not directly off game dogs, but plenty of game dogs close up in her ped.

She's actually the easiest dog out of the lot. Here she is ''working''. ;)

Nice looking dogs. I think I remember seeing your advertisment in the gazette, it stood out to me because it had a pic similar to the one u have above, not customarily the type of pic advertisers use in the gazette. Do you have pics of the parents of those pups?

Unfortunately the pics I took down at Bobby H.'s where deleted by my wife:mad: I don't talk to him much and he is not on the www and tries to stay private. The red brindle male I named Prince Benny after King Benny...they look exactly alike. And he is HUGE now..he is a little over 50lbs...King Benny was like 55 on chain...we actually had to place Sadie with her head going down hill and crank the breeding box up to help with the tie. He had a lot of leg up under him. But my Benny is real thick like he is. Here is a pic of Sadie..I know I can't take a pic worth anything. But the one in the Gazette you probably saw was taken on the basement steps.

No ped on this guy, but he is a nice (and hyper active) house dog with a good work ethic.

  11. We keep not one but two gamedogs as pets in the house with us. Our pets don't compete but they go through the same process as all our other dogs go through. Our pets are down from a Gr Ch that was also a pet.

However what we consider to be a pet is the old fashion definition of the word. They are not part of the family, they know their place among us which is the last rung on the ladder and they are not allowed on couches or beds. The term pet just means that they are not on a chain but must work to keep us safe in exchange, and they do a very good job of it.

All of my dogs are house dogs (Well, they get rotated outside on chains if the weather permits). I also show and am starting to do weight pull. But at the end of the day, my dog is my buddy first and foremost :)

All mine have been pets first workers second. It wasn't until last year that I started keeping a couple outside. They still get a little tv time every now and again, especially during hunting season.

Gamebreds make excellent pets. I have some pics of mine at home I will put up. All mine are solid bulldogs.
