Freakish mouth!

I have seen some pretty hard mouth dogs in my lifetime with the bulldogs, when i was young . myself like most other rookys where looking for hard mouth when faceing wild boar, and everybody seems to have hard mouth dogs!!. a tru hard mouth dog is as rare as a deadgame dog, again everybody hase them yet we seldom see them .
Don mayfield and Floyd boudraux told me the same thing when i was young. They said you wil reconize a hard mouthed dog when stuf happens in frond of you and you cant place it!!!!.
Over the years i have seen diferend types of real hard mouthed dogs. I was fortunate to have a couple of my own, one of them was limey kennels ch Candy a dog we did not bred, she was bred bij G hammonds, no wild hog ever lasted longer then 35 min with her she alredy had 2w over her before we got her she was the type of bitch that whas trown all over the place and was on her back, yet in no time her uponends started to break douwn in al the criticel places in sutch a way that they where left with no frond and rear legs under them!! stareing in shear amazement why there legs didnt move when they wanted them to move , The mother of our best male hog ever named bad bully who was a absolut star quality fast lane animal herself, she was the only one that came out alive meeting her, but only because we stopt it on time altho she tought she was winning.
Hard mouth is very nice when you got it in a dog but its like a knock out push of a boxer you must be able to place it!!.
The longer i was involved , and when the years when by, the less hard mouthed dogs bother me, when i had a good hog, nor did those dogs claimed haveing a hard mouth lived up to there ecspectations. we met them with ""Durabilety"" and a fast pace hog bloodline.
the superbiters that i met in my day i can stil count one one hand. so dont breed ore select for it .

Only because chinaman beat up a bigger dog than Zeno doesn't mean he was a harder biter. The quality of the two big dogs could be vastly different

i disagree web. if freak mouth was easy to reproduce then it wouldn't "freak" it'd become the norm. imo theres a difference between freak mouth and hard mouth.

 

my house dog has a pretty hard mouth but i only had a freak mouthed dog when i was young and he put his life on the line to save my brother and me from a 400 lbs bear then we had to have him put down but the bear died later as well i was to young to remember his blood but he reminded me of a zebo dog but low and behold i will one day have a new freak mouth dog and that bitch will be the real deal
