Garner's Spike..

Been getting really curious about this bloodline lately but cant find much about it, anybody here own it or know about it and if so what are dogs off spike like, their characteristics etc.? also to save a thread being put in the history section, what's Garner's Spike's story?

 

Go tg website google tomgarnerkennels. I have a bro and sis pair off of heavy spike blood almost two years old.They are fire with very good wind and mouth. Bred the bitch with tab bolio and keep two females just bred one of them back to her top and will breed her sis to the two year old male, he is straight fool.

I got a male at 10 months old. Only thing I can really tell you is he's very loyal. So far he's still cold as ice but he ain't scared of nothin. He's been relatively close to a dog actin rough to him a couple times. Never showed no attitude but never stopped trying to get closer either so still sitting on him.

 

i have nothing but love for the dogs from bulldog hill. As someone who has studied the line from chinaman to spike, I find it odd that all of the good dogs off the spike x Ms molly litter are black. Not to stop at that, they all seem to look like a stud on the hill at the time (pedro). look at a pedro pic and then a pic of little gator. I have another theory about little spike but will keep it to myself for now. please do not let anything I type stop you from shopping from this yard. it has produced good to great dogs. I feed dogs from there and have used one for brood. you can do worse than bulldog hill. I think many of these newer oldtimers still follow the silver fox's practices.

 

Well, since you brought it up........ I at one time had considered the spike dogs through Santos or sluggo but with all the cotroversy over the frozen semen from Frisco........

 

i do not know about those dogs, but I look at the hill like vegas. Either you hit the jackpot or you crapout. the guy has an ego that won't let him sell BS to someone who knows up from down.

I breed my dyno male to my sluggo ***** 2 years ago and had a replica off spike just alot bigger (23kg).

I'm liking those dogs more every day, but just if breed correctly around little gator and chinaman dogs

 

My dog Jake is off Little spike bred to a daughter off Frisco. He's all bulldog and produces the same.
