If I inquire about buying an engine so my car can out race the cops, can I now be arrested for attempting to elude the police in a high speed chase? Give me a break. Granted this dude was stupid to inquire about getting a fight for his dog but really, until he fights the dog it shouldn't be illegal. I could come up with millions of examples. If I inquire about how is the best way to rob a bank, should I be arrested for bank robbery. Give me a break. This is far from a free country.
