Kayne update. 11 MONTHS

I cant stand the ones that are so damn outta standard that their bellys drag the ground and their always panting. But as long as they call them bullys and not APBTs i can tolerate them.

 

every point i made is valid. I understand being an ass can be fun, but think about what you guys are doing in the long run. your just turning away people that could learn a lot and do alot for the breed. but instead you guys choose to run em off. I didnt say the BULLY breed itself is better, and what i meant by their community is better is the following. I dont care what you think of the breed but look how widly spread it is? sure the dogs are abosulute shit. But none of them run people off the way you guys do. They care about THEIR breed and help people get into THEIR breed. heres the simple way to put it. The BULLY will never die, the APBT will. And its not the dogs fault, its people like the ones on this board. If i wanted to get into bullies it would be so easy, not only cause there everywhere but also because the bully community is super inviting unlike yall. Put it this way, as much shit as you guys talk about them, you could learn a thing or to. Like how to PROMOTE your breed and welcome people correctly and teach them, its the ONLY way your breed will grow and kill the stigma it has. As much as you all say your trying to change the image i call BULLSHIT. ALL i see is people that are super stuck up, turn EVER unknowledged person away and keep to yourselves. Cut the shit. Promote your breed, help people, get people around your dogs, show them what the apbt is all about instead of being all private. I could give a fuck what the government wants to do and how scared you guys seem to be of them. When i had my dog i NEVER hid him from people. I took him EVERYWHERE and if people wanted to talk i would talk. People would always loook at him and say shit like "thats the nicest pitbull ive ever met" "your dog is not what i expect from a pitbull" stupid ignorant shit like that. I made it my goal to help change the image of the breed as much as I could possibly do. Therefor for people to say im ADDING TO THE PROBLEM is ridiculous to me. I would purposely walk my dog up to COPS, and around here they HATE pits. And none of them EVER had a negative thing to say a bout my dog.

I have thick skin, thats why im still here after so long of people talking shit. it really doesnt bother me except for the fact that its childish and there doing more harm than anything. They do this to every newcomer and its not helping there breed. When you say find a mentor i think the following "if only one would give me a chance". It seems like no one wants to help anyone new around here. I really dont understand how im doing anything wrong. Id love to have someone help me out, let me get around there dogs, teach me a thing or two but it seems impossible.

 

There is no such thing as hands on experience when no one is willing to lend a hand.

These so called "dogmen" need to change their ways if they want this breed to progress and go anywhere. They can put as many great dogs on the ground as they possibly want, but if they arent willing to get people into dogs and be tolerant of newcomers its only a matter of time before this breed is over.

 

but you forget we are on the internet don't no one know you you need to get to know someone off the PC to help you out go to shows in your area meet folks maybe the older fellas can even change how your father feels about the breed i mean all the typing on the keyboard isn't going to get you anywhere if you were truly wanting to get into the dogs you would do more than fuck around on the internet plain and simple

 

Word, and i wont disagree with that. But think about it, the internet is FIRST source for many people when it comes to the APBT. Speaking in REAL terms, the APBT is a rare breed. I dare anyone to argue that. Therefore since the REAL apbt is a rare breed the internet is first source, and people just turning us away aint gonna help.

How not? the apbt is a rare breed, plain and simple. american bullies do not count, american bulldogs do not count, dogo argentino does not count, american stafford does not count. Those are all dogs that people look at and think apbt. But a REAL APBT is a rare dog.

Why would you want the world to NOT know about the apbt? give me a good reason? and do it without saying "then everyone will have on and the breed will get ruined".
