    For those of you that use an Emill as part of your conditioning program, I would like your input.

    What works best for you? How long on the emill? what speed? how much of an incline?

    i dont use one but i would recomend just walkin or a slow trot never let your hound open all the way up on it too much of an injury risk... incline up or flat as much as you want...

    ps... dont do the two hour fast thang if you have any logic.lol:dogkiss::dogkiss:
