names?

Would you name your dog after one of the greats such as Chinaman, Dibo Bullyson ext.?

 

Unless the dog was proven in something, I'd feel it was an insult to the greats... why name a dog that just sits around all day after a champ.

 

Part of the fun of naming a dog is choosing what works best for it and being creative and more original in my opinion that being said I don't see any problem with naming a dog after another dog, if that is the name you like...

 

Come on be original, why choose the same name as these legends. Plenty of names out there to pick from, the world doesn't need 1000 dogs named Jeep or Zebo. You can always pick names that sound like these legends. LOL

Jeep name yours Sheep
Art name yours Pop-Tart
Frisco name yours Disco
2 Eyes name yours 4 Eyes

 

Named one Bullysun because he was nippy as hell and looked just like his uncle Black Sun.

Very rarely are names unique anymore its been so long and there are just so many dogs but if you decide to use a famous dog's name you better be real confident in it lol

 

I havent seen another Darkness, Goodie,Bonzi nor Ursula yet lol
I may name one simmular to a great dog from history but not exactly
