  1. yes, i know if i excerised my dogs that i wouldn't need it,but i want to try it and see how it works(of course i'll still excerise her). here's the ingredients: egg, liver, and water. i thought that sounded a lil fishy, but what do you think?

Why not just supplement your dogs diet with a bit of egg and liver yourself?

  3. well in the morning i dont have time to boil them eggs and we hardly ever buy liver. i heard it was expensive. it's just easier with my schedule i have right now.

Personally, I would not give my dogs some ''supplement'' someone brewed up in their kitchen and that they fail to offer a full ingredient list on, but that's just me. ;) To each his own though.

  5. it sounded fishy thats why i was asking you all lol but i wont

Ya.. they've been all over all the boards NOT informing people fully on the product they are trying to sell. lol

You know... if you do want to add a little something something.... you can even scramble up a carton of eggs, and put them in a container in your fridge, and just add a spoonful on to your dogs meals every day. Liver isn't expensive at all here, but I'm in Canada so it could be there. You've got to be careful with the liver though as too much can give them the squirts as it's quite rich. You can by liver treats though. What I'll often do is buy treats that are JUST meat... nothing else and use them for training, and it's like adding a little extra boost to their regular diet. I've gotten some that are dried liver, dehydrated salmon, etc... :)

Just to add.... you can make your own liver treats by slowly drying it in the oven BUT OMG does it EVER stink up your house! lol

Like Zoe said you can add some liver, eggs or whatever to your dogs food if you feel the need.If it's the "supplement" I think your talking about, this guy is all over the forums peddling his snake oil that he has no ingredient list on or from what I can tell,no idea what the long term side effects are.Just a get rich quick scheme for him.If you want your dog to look good, just feed her good and give her lots of exercise and she'll be fine.

Can't you just throw in a raw egg rather then cooked? That is what I do for my dog(s) along with Alaskan Salmon Oil (99% fat) but that shit ain't cheap.

I just feed eggs raw too, never had any problems.Unfortunatly I've had several egg sucking dogs(not bulldogs)that just ran around the farm and never had one die yet from it,lol. I will also mix in chicken quarters, canned mackeral, butcher scraps or just whatever I feel like at the time, when I want to supplement the food a little.

You dont have to boil eggs and liver is cheap and can also be fed raw

  16. Why are you saying you cannot buy liver? A container of liver is really cheap at the local grocery store/butcher.

You can boil half dozen eggs and give it in alternate days, keep it on the freezer and its np. its a great source of protein and fats, but it has sodium so your dog might retain liquids. Then you can give dogs oils, salmon and olive oil can be given everyday for extra fat acids, omega3 and will help coat and any diet that lacks good source of non-saturable fats.

Tuna in conserve works just fine, protein coming from fish that needs no cooking and its not that expensive but again, it has sodium that will make your dog retain liquid, if you are in a keep you gotta stop 2 weeks or 10 days before show so the dog has time to lose it.
