All I said about "TG" is I'd recommend his dogs to anyone and recommend doing business with him. I had two dogs die two days apart...I was talking with TG during that process. He told me to come hand pick my pup and when I did...he gave me a very fair price and said...I'd like to help you out due to your vet bills from your two dogs and I'm sorry to hear about that. So I dont ride his sac...but very much respect the man for his accomplishments and the quality he breeds. I also have family and friends with TG pups and he was straight up with them to. I have never said anything more than I reccomend his pups to anyone. So where u say I ride his sack I do not know lol. As far as humanizing my dog...I may do that..my dogs are my family...my friends. That's why they work like they do for me. I do not throw them on a chain...set out a blue barrel and feed them everyday and call myself a real dogman. My dogs live better than most people...and they give me reward by excelling and working hard in anything I put them in. I dont and never will have a yard full of hounds in blue barrels. I have very few dogs at a time...carefully selected and usually only 2 or 3 at a time and its been that way for 15 years. That way...I can put into each dog every thing I got and get it all back out of them. Whatever it may be...pulling...showing or bore hunting. And these dogs work for me like a mofo in return! They are typically alot smarter than most others dogs because of the time I put into each dog and that trait is passed on. I'm a student of the breed..a long time admirer and owner. And to answer your question about a 4month old pup showing promise.. at 4 months...if you show dogs...you would know that you could pick pups that show promise for good confirmation aswell as breed standard traits such as temperament, game, drive, intelligence. In the "Game" world...alot of folks cull even prior to 4 months. Why? Because they do not show what they seek in their dogs. Do you have to keep every dog until it full grown to see its weaknesses? I dont! I like my dogs a certain way...that's breed standard and expect nothing less. Top notch dogs that can succeed in anything I put them in or that the next guy puts them in. I could careless for a super game dog with poor confirmation. If confirmation is poor.. your dog will not have the tools it needs to beat another equally game dog with great confirmation. Maybe the dog is not as intelligent as the next mans because your lives in a blue barrel with 60 other dogs and he works with his daily. Maybe your dog has great wind...so does his...but because yours has poor confirmation he cannot last as long on the mill...or catching. I have never claimed to be a "Dogman" nor do I care to be if that's what a dogman is. I come on her to read...learn..share what I've learned and talk with other folks with the same passion or hobby. I only speak on topics I know.. I dont ramble out my ass or claim to be a expert. I have lots of haters man...your not the only one lol. Its no skin of my back.. its a forum and I'm going to continue doing me and enjoying feeding my humanized bulldogs lol. I do not claim to have "the best" or try to sound like I'm a bad ass with superior dogs on here. I hope all yalls dogs succeed and that you do what you can to better the breed. If there's one thing I underunderstand ...its these dogs. I'm a retired MMA fighter...so I know what its like to be in these dogs position. I understand "Game" first hand as I myself am game...if I wasn't and stepped in the cage...I'd get killed...and just when I thought I couldn't last any longer...I dug deep. That's Game first hand fellas. So I understand these dogs. I'm sure I'll have alot of haters and negative comments on this. It is what it is...call it like I see it. Y'all enjoy and good luck with you own bulldogs.

At the end of the day they're all just dogs. Enjoy them man. ME personally I haven't heard anything of Croc's production and haven't seen a Spike dog I've actually liked

Yea man...that's the beauty of it. Its all preference. What works for one may not work for another. I had heard good things from a buddy out west about the bloodline and he recommend. He got his gator dog in Mexico. I was going to wait until he had a breeding because I couldn't find Gator blood. But I've always liked Chinaman dogs..they are my favorite line...so with my pup being Chinaman/Little Gator I got the best of both worlds so to speak based on what I wanted. I'm probably going to take him back to some heavy Chinaman or Frisco in a year or so if he turns out like I hope

that's the dumbest shit I've heard in a long time. - I understand "Game" first hand - If confirmation is poor.. your dog will not have the tools it needs to beat another equally game dog with great confirmation. Maybe the dog is not as intelligent as the next mans because your lives in a blue barrel with 60 other dogs and he works with his daily. Maybe your dog has great wind...so does his...but because yours has poor confirmation he cannot last as long on the mill...or catching. - I dont ramble out my ass or claim to be a expert. - Conformation is cool but a match dog don't know he is long or has elbows that stick out and just because a dog has good conformation doesn't mean that they have an advantage. That has been proven false time and time again man, you could stand to read a book and communicate with people that can help you learn more.

Well...do you think a dog that's bow legged or has a severely weak back end can perform physically as a dog that is confirmation correct? In human fighting...you can have all the wing in the world but if your legs are weak...which is your base...you will tire out very quickly. A bow legged dog or human can perform as good as one with strong normal legs. That's just simple logic and fact. I will take my chances with a all around sound dog rather than a game deformed dog. I do not breed on game alone...nor should anyone else. But that is my opinion and what works for me.

You cannot make a comparison between human and canine structure and how it translates to performance. One is a biped another is a quadriped and the structral mechanics aren't comprable in the strict sense of the word. And what does human fighting have to do with ANYTHING dog related?

It was a example peon....OK...a race horse is a quad... lets say it has a weak ass end.....can he perform aswell as one that doesn't? Has one ever won the derby? I am in the medical field. A bone that is deformed...or does not fit in the joint correctly suffers. Other muscles have to work harder and over compensate for the lack conforming bones. It also causes increased pressure on the joint which over time causes other problems. And a deformed bone also hurts flexibility ...overall athleticism suffers from all the above. A dog that suffers from these things can't even sustain on a mill as long as a conforming dog would because his muscles have to work alot harder to compensate for the lack of structure. These dogs in my mind are fine tuned athletes ...and in any sport if it be human or animal has to be in top condition and structurally sound. Hence a dog with a bad bite...underbite...cross bite...cannot hold like a dog with a good scissor bite. You have to see my logic here. Can a bow legged greyhound out performe one that's not? Even if he wanted to....he's not physically capable.

your logic makes sense for bulldogs used for the racing track.

So if you had two equally game dogs....one badly deformed....one perfect. Which would u call it on? So what's the point of breeding for breed standard? So your saying its breed for game first and if you get any of the other standard then that the ticket? To me a deformed dog with game is not a complete breed standard APBT. I try and have every attribute in my dogs. I can't see why someone would breed for game alone.. or think that that dog could physically out perform one that's not no matter the breed. Especially if both are equally game. I'm open to suggestions or answers. But I just can't see it.

So another words...conforming bones apply to every human...and animal in a sport if it be horses...cats...greyhounds...or any other physical related sport regarding a animal but it doesn't apply to a Game bred APBT? Not saying its never been done but I'm saying your odds are decreased for a win or success and would be increased with a conforming dog. But as I said.. I breed for all around solid dogs that can show...pull...or catch. Whatever it may be...I try and give them the tools they need to be successful rather than just possessing one tool out of many
